| 摘 要： | 目的研究侵袭性肺曲霉菌病(IPA)的临床特征以利IPA的早期诊断。方法回顾性分析2006年1月-2009年12月医院收治的56例IPA患者的临床背景及特点进行比较研究。结果继发性IPA患者45例,原发性IPA患者11例;IPA的主要临床特点为发热、咳嗽、黄痰、咯血、气短或喘息,影像学改变多样并可呈动态演变;原发性IPA较继发性IPA预后好。结论 IPA好发于免疫妥协患者,继发性IPA病死率高,但具备一定的临床特点,早期诊断能明显改善预后。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical feature,diagnosis and management of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis(IPA).METHODS A total of 56 IPA cases in First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from Jan 2006 to Dec 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS The primary IPA patients(11 cases) were less than the secondary IPA patients.Fever cough,hemoptysis,asthma and gasp were the main clinical symptoms.Multi-consolidation lamellar with cavities was the characteristic imaging features.The prognosis of... |
