| 摘 要： | 目的了解普外科围手术期抗菌药物使用现状,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物,控制手术切口感染。方法对普外科围手术期抗菌药物的使用进行目标性监测的同时,分别对2009年5月和2010年5月出院的手术患者893例使用抗菌药物情况进行回顾性调查,对其使用合理性进行评价,统计分析调查结果。结果 2009年5月围手术期抗菌药物使用率97.93%,切口感染率1.55%;2010年5月围手术期抗菌药物使用率98.61%,切口感染率4.35%。结论普外科抗菌药物不合理应用现象较为严重,亟待加强管理。
