| 摘 要： | 报告2例急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者在应用全反式维A酸治疗后出现阴囊溃疡。2例均为男性，例1 38岁，例2 39岁，因急性早幼粒细胞白血病给予全反式维A酸治疗，分别在治疗19d和10d后出现阴囊溃疡。2例患者的溃疡均在停用全反式维A酸、加强患处换药后愈合。

| Abstract: | Here report two cases of scrotal ulceration followed the treatment with all-trans retinoic acid for acute promyelo-cytic leukemia.These two patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia had scrotal ulceration19days and10days after treated with all-trans retinoic acid respectively.The ulceration was healed in both cases after stopping the use of all-trans retinoic acid and daily dressing change. |
