杭州地区托幼机构预防性消毒质量监测

为了解杭州地区托幼机构预防性消毒质量,采用调查报表和抽样检测方法进行了调查。结果,各年度总合格率在68.67%～89.44%,市区合格率均高于县(市)级。各项消毒合格率,使用中消毒液为93.26%;紫外线灯辐射强度为85.24%;物体表面为84.19%;手表面为59.97%;空气消毒合格率最低为56.19%。物体表面分类中,餐具合格率最高为91.85%,其次是桌椅90.30%、毛巾85.10%、门把手83.33%、玩具81.08%、水龙头合格率最低为45.45%。结论,杭州地区托幼机构预防性消毒质量逐年提高,但总的合格率较低,以空气合格率最低。

MONITORING OF QUALITY OF PREVENTIVE DISINFECTION IN NURSERIES AND KINDERGARTENS OF HANGZHOU AREA

In order to know the quality of preventive disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of Hangzhou area, investigation report forms and sampling examination method were used to carry out the survey. Results: The total eligible rate of each year was 68.67%～89.44% and the eligible rate of urban districts was higher than that of county (city) level. The eligible rates of various disinfection items were 93.26% for disinfectant solution in use, 85.24% for radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps, 84.19% for surfaces, 59.97% for hand surfaces and the lowest eligible rate 56.19% for air disinfection. Among the surfaces of various articles, the highest eligible rate was 91.85% for tableware, the next was 90.30% for tables and chairs, 85.10% for towels, 83.33% for door handles, 81.08% for toys and the lowest eligible rate was 45.45% for taps. Conclusion: The quality of preventive disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of Hangzhou area was improved year by year, but the total eligible rate was low and the eligible rate of air was the lowest.
