改良式腹腔镜子宫次全切除术122例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫次全切除术的手术方法。方法对我院122例腹腔镜子宫次全切除的术式进行改进,分析其手术时间、术中出血量、术中及术后并发症的发生率。结果122例手术均在腹腔镜下完成,术中经过顺利,无一例中转开腹。手术平均时间为70 min。术中出血平均60 ml;术后开始下床活动时间平均15 h,术后病率2.5%,平均住院5 d,术中并发症1.6%;术后并发症发生率为4%,无严重并发症发生。结论本术式术中出血少,手术时间缩短,术后恢复良好,并发症发生率低。

Clinical Analysis of 122 Cases of Modified Subtotal Hysterectomy with Laparoscope

Objective To study operation methods of subtotal hysterectomy with laparoscope. Methods Operation method of subtotal hysterectomy with laparoscope was improved in 122 patients.Operation time,bleeding volume in operation,complications rate in operation and post operation were analysed.Results 122 cases of subtotal hysterectomy had been finished under laparoscope.All operation were successful.There was no a case which was changed to open-abdomen operation.Average operation time was 70 min,average bleeding volume was 60 ml,average departure-bed activity time was 15 hours,post-operation upset rate was 2.5%,average hospitalization time was 5 days.Complication rate in and after operation were 1.6% and 4% respectively.Conclusion There were few bleeding volume,short operation time,good post-operation recovery,low complication rate in and post-operation in modified subtotal hysterectomy with laparoscope.
