48例妊娠高血压综合征患者护理干预效果评价

目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高症)患者的护理干预效果。方法:选取96例妊高症产妇,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各48例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予综合护理干预,评价护理干预效果。结果:干预组产妇先兆子痫及子痫的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组产妇顺产率高于对照组,而剖宫产率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Apagar评分亦优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妊高症孕妇实施有效的护理干预能够控制疾病发展,降低并发症的发生率,保证母婴安全,提高产科水平和母婴生存质量。

The effect of induced hypertension patients with nursing intervention

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 96 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,48 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional nursing care,the intervention were given comprehensive nursing intervention,evaluated the effect of nursing intervention.Results Maternal preeclampsia and eclampsia incidence in intervention group were significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05),in intervention group maternal birth rate was higher than control group,whereas cesarean section rate was lower than that in control group,the difference between two groups had statistically significant(P<0.05),Apagar score was also better than control group,the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carry out effective nursing intervention to pregnancy induced hypertension can control the development of diseases,reduce the incidence of complications,ensure safety,improve the obstetric level and maternal survival quality.
