米索前列醇预防剖宫产术后出血25例

目的:观察米索前列醇用于预防剖宫产术后出血的效果.方法:选择有产后出血高危因素的剖宫产患者50例,随机分为治疗组对照组各25例.治疗组手术后30 min内直肠置入米索前列醇200 μg,对照组臀部肌肉注射缩宫素20 U,观察两组术中及术后的出血量.结果:术中出血量两组差异无显著性;而术后2 h内平均出血量治疗组125 mL,对照组217 mL,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);产后24 h出血量治疗组平均236 mL,对照组平均477 mL,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:米索前列醇促进子宫收缩作用明显,能很好的预防剖宫产术后出血,且用药方便、安全.

Clinical Study of Misoprostol Used for Preventing Postpartum Bleeding in Cesarean Section

Objective:To observe the effects of misoprostol on reduction of postpartum bleeding in cesarean section. Methods:Fifty Patients who underwent cesarean sections and had the risk factors of postpartum bleeding were randomized into study group( n =25) and control group( n =25). Misoprostol was given through the rectum approach in the study group within 30 minutes after delivery. The controls were injected Oxytocini in the buttock. The amount of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery was measured. Results:The mean amount of bleeding in the study group was 236 (60.5 mL, In contrast, the mean amount of bleeding in control group was 477(62.2 mL. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Misoprostol is very effective in reduction of postpartum bleeding in patients underwent cesarean section.
