| 摘 要： | 目的：了解人类表皮生长因子（ｈＥＧＦ）与胃粘膜完整性的关系。方法：用放免法检测正常人、慢性浅表性胃炎（活动期）、消化性溃疡（愈合期）等四组病人血、尿、胃液中的ｈＥＧＦ含量。结果：慢性浅表性胃炎（活动期）和消化性溃疡（活动期）病人上述三种体液中的ｈＥＧＦ含量明显低于正常人和消化性溃疡（愈合期）病人（Ｐ〈０．０５）,而正常人与消化性溃疡（愈合期）病人的ｈＥＧＦ含量无明显差别（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：说明

| Abstract: | Purpose: To evaluate the relationship between human epidermal growth facton (hEGF) and gastric mucosal entirety. Methods: The levels of hEGF of serum, urine and gastric juice were measured by radioimmunoassay in patients with peptic ulcer, chronic superficial gastritis, and normal subjects. Results: (1) The levels of hEGF in serum, urine, gastric juice were significantly lower in patients with peptic ulcer (the period of activety) and chronic superficial gastritis (the period of activity) than those in normal controls and patients with peptic ulcer (the period of recovery)(P<0.05). (2) No difference of hEGF concentration in serum, urine, gastric juice between normal controls and patients with peptic ulcer (the period of recovery). Conclusion: hEGF is associated with entirety of gastric mucosa. |
