乳腺癌根治术中保留肋间臂神经38例的临床应用

目的 探讨乳腺癌根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床意义。方法 在38例乳腺癌根治术中完整保留肋间臂神经26例。切除肋间臂神经12例。术后对38例上臂内侧感觉功能进行随访研究。结果 随访2年，局部均未发现肿瘤复发、转移。其中保留肋间臂神经26例中，22例（84．62％）术后患侧上臂内侧及腋部皮肤感觉正常，4例（15．38％）感觉异常；切除肋间臂神经的12例均有感觉异常。结论 在乳腺癌根治术中保留肋间臂神经可明显减少术后患侧上臂内侧及腋部皮肤感觉障碍的发生率，有利于提高患者的术后生活质量。

Intercostobrachial nerve reservation in radical resection of breast cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of intereostobrachial nerve reservation in radical resection of breast cancer. Methods 38 patients were underwent radical resection of breast cancer. The intercostobrachial nerve was reserved in 26cases, and resected in 12 cases. The sensory function of internal upper arm was been studied by follow-up after operation. Result There were no focal tumor recurrence and metastasis in 38 patients during 2-years follow up. 22 patients skin sensory function of internal upper arm and armpit were normal（84.62%）, 4 patients were abnormal（15.38%） after operation in 26 patients that the intereostobrachial nerve was reserved; but all were abnormal in 12 patients that the intereostobraehial nerve was reseeted. Conclusion Intereostobrachial nerve reservation in radicalresection of breast cancer can reduce the incidence of postoperative esthesiodermia of internal upper arm and armpit significantly, it＇s benefit for increasing the life quality of patients after operation.
