| 摘 要： | 目的用HPLC法测定不同来源白英中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。方法选用Apollo C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈水(体积比为90∶10),检测波长为210 nm,柱温为室温。结果薯蓣皂苷元的质量浓度在0.04~0.20 g.L-1内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,方法的平均回收率为104.5%(n=9);不同来源的白英药材中薯蓣皂苷元的含量有较大差异。结论方法操作简便、准确、灵敏度高,为白英药材质量控制提供了定性和定量依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for the determination of diosgenin in Solanum lyratum Thunb.in the different areas by RP-HPLC.Methods The Apollo C_(18) column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(V∶V=90∶10),the flow rate maintained at 1.0 mL·min~(-1).The wavelength of the detector was set at 210 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of(0.04)-0.20 g·L~(-1) with the correlation 1(n=5).The average recoveries of diosgenin was 104.5%(RSD=1.4%,n=9).The content of diosgenin in Solanum lyratum Thunb.applied by Xuhiu,Caitongde and Shanghong medical company was 0.021 14%,0.015 04% and 0.013 34%,respectively.Conclusions The method is simple,accurat with a good sensitivity.It can be applied to the quality control of Solanum lyratum Thvnb. |
