| Abstract: | Feasibility and necessity of developing and integrating literature resources in college and university libraries are approached according to the changes of users' information needs. The libraries' focus and efforts should concentrate on constructing the main disciplines of the colleges or universities with which they affiliate. The integration of the collection resources can be achieved successfully with the aids of users' professional competence. |
