| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中年人健康人群中空腹血糖水平与其他相关指标的关系。方法选择2000年1月~2005年8月在我院体检中心进行检检的40岁~60岁的中年人1 480例,测定空腹血糖、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血清尿酸、胰岛素、血压和体质指数(BMI)等指标同时进行综合分析。结果中年健康人群中空腹血糖水平随年龄增长而升高;高血糖组人群的总胆固醇、血尿酸、血压和BMI高于正常血糖组。结论健康体检的各项指标中与血糖有关的主要指标有年龄、BMI、总胆固醇和舒张压。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the actuality of diabetes and its related indexes of middle aged people.Methods The fasting glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,uric acid and insulin levels in the serum as well as blood pressure and body mass index(BMI) were measured in 1480 people between 40 to 60 years old and the relationships between them were analyzed.Results It was found that fasting glucose level increased with age while the levels of total cholesterol,blood pressure and BMI were significantly related to blood glucose;total cholesterol,uric acid in serum,blood pressure and BMI in elevated blood glucose group were higher than those in the normal blood glucose group.These profiles positively related to the level of blood glucose.Conclu-sions Factors influencing blood glucose level include age,BMI,total cholesterol and diastolic blood pressure. |
