| 摘 要： | 目的探讨男方为HIV阳性,并为了怀孕经过自然性交的健康妇女在HIV暴露后的预防。方法必须为双方均愿意通过自然性交达到怀孕的夫妻,于排卵当天及次日性交,并于当天起女方予以抗-HIV药物干预28 d,定期检测抗-HIV。结果 6例经过自然性交的妇女怀孕后均未感染HIV。结论在夫妻自愿的情况下,男方为抗-HIV阳性患者,为怀孕自然性交并经过抗反转录病毒药物(ARV)干预后可以降低暴露后感染的可能。
