| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(SCy-C)联合尿微量清蛋白(mALB)检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值。方法将研究对象分为糖尿病肾病组50例及健康体检正常者(阴性对照组)50例。两组均取晨尿,采用免疫透射比浊法检测mALB;乳胶增强散射免疫比浊法检测SCy-C;酶法检测血清肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN)。结果各指标对肾功能早期病变的检出百分率总体为SCy-C+mALB>SCy-C>mALB>Scr>BUN。糖尿病肾病组患者mALB和SCy-C水平均显著高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 mALB和SCy-C联合检测可提高糖尿病早期肾功能损害检出率。
