| 摘 要： | 目的利用Westgard标准决定图分析常用临床生化检测系统性能的可接受性。方法分别以室内质控数据计算各检测项目的日间不精密度,以室间质控回报结果计算不准确度,在Westgard标准决定图上确定标准化操作点,判断生化检测各项目的方法性能。结果参与室间质评的19个常规生化项目中,氯(Cl-),γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)为临界分析性能,其余各项分析性能优良。结论通过定期以Westgard标准决定图对检测系统进行评价,可有效地发现检测系统性能的改变,为提高实验室的工作质量提供保障。
