| 摘 要： | 目的检测急性脑梗死患者发病急性期与恢复期血浆D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平,探讨3项指标对于急性脑梗死的辅助诊疗价值。方法分别检测36例脑梗死患者发病急性期与恢复期以及50例健康体检者的血浆D-D、FDP及CRP水平。结果脑梗死急性期患者血浆D-D、FDP及CRP水平与恢复期患者及对照组血浆D-D、FDP及CRP水平存在显著差异;并且脑梗死患者急性期血浆D-D检测阳性率显著高于血浆FDP检测阳性率。结论血浆D-D、FDP与CRP的实验室联合检测对判断急性脑梗死的发生、严重程度及疗效观察有一定临床意义,值得基层医院推广应用。
