超短波联合中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎35例疗效分析

目的观察超短波联合盆炎方口服及保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性盆腔炎患者70例,随机分为2组,各35例,治疗组口服左氧氟沙星分散片加盆炎方口服及保留灌肠,联合超短波腹部理疗;对照组单用左氧氟沙星分散片及妇科千金胶囊口服。两组均以14 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程随访1个月后统计疗效。结果治疗组痊愈21例,显效12例,无效2例,总有效率94.3%。对照组痊愈10例,显效13例,无效12例,总有效率65.7%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超短波联合盆炎方治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。
