神经症患者就诊情况调查分析

目的分析神经症患者的就诊情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷方式,对306例神经症患者进行百分比统计分析。结果 1.综合科门诊较专科门诊多见,尤以神经内科(23.5%)、消化内科(10.5%)、呼吸内科(10.1%),心血管内科(9.2%)较多见,96.1%患者就诊过综合科。2.介意到精神病专科医院诊疗患者占55.2%。3.女性(72.9%)多于男性(27.1%),农村(55.6%)多于城乡(44.4%),低学历(67.0%)多于高学历(33.0%)。4.多见于30~50岁年龄阶段(61.8%)。5.神经衰弱及躯体形式障碍诊断率高,分别为29.5%、28.1%。6.患者不能认识到神经症属于精神疾患占62.4%。结论加强通科医生对神经症的鉴别诊断,加大精神卫生知识的宣传,提高患者的有效诊治。

An investigation and analysis of the treatment status of neurosis patients
