低分子肝素钙联合复方丹参滴丸治疗肺心病急性加重期的疗效观察

目的 探讨低分子肝素钙和复方丹参滴丸联用对肺心病急性加重期的疗效.方法 将2006年3月至2009年2月在云阳县人民医院收治的201例肺心病急性加重期患者分为治疗组100例,对照组101例.两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙和复方丹参滴丸,对照组只给予低分子肝素钙治疗,疗程14 d.观察两组患者治疗后临床症状改善及治疗前后血气分析的改变和血流动力学的改变.结果 两组患者临床疗效总有效率分别为91.0%和78.2%;两组患者血气分析和血流动力学治疗后均有明显改善,但治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 低分子肝素钙和复方丹参滴丸联用能显著降低肺动脉压,减轻右心室负荷,可改善肺心病急性加重期的动脉血氧分压、静息状态下平均肺动脉压和血流动力学,对肺心病急性加重期有较好的临床疗效,值得推广应用.
