| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清Dickkopf相关蛋白1(DKK1)水平与肺癌及其病理类型之间的相关性。方法收集101例经纤支镜活检或病理切片确诊的肺癌患者和102例健康体检者。101例肺癌患者中鳞癌55例,腺癌16例,小细胞性肺癌30例。所有对象均测定血清DKK1、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原(Cyfra21-1)水平,并进行组间比较。结果与对照组比较,肺癌各组DKK1水平均有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌各病理分组中DKK1水平为小细胞性肺癌组最高,鳞癌次之,腺癌最低。组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清DKK1水平的升高可能与肺癌的发生相关,但与其病理类型无关。
