80例开胸术后常见并发症的防治对策分析

目的 探讨开胸术后患者常见并发症的防治方法.方法 回顾分析2005年1月至2009年12月收治的80例开胸手术患者术后并发症的防治情况.结果 50例术后实施呼吸机呼吸支持的患者无一例发生呼吸衰竭、脓胸、肺部感染、肺不张和胸腔积液;30例术后未使用呼吸支持的患者中发生5例胸腔积液、1例脓胸、2例肺部感染伴肺不张.结论 人工呼吸机是胸心外科不可缺少的设备之一,开胸术后的患者及时使用呼吸机行呼吸支持对促进肺复张、防治并发症等方面将起到积极而重要的作用.

Experience of prevention and treatment of pulmonary complications following thoracotomy in 80 cases
