住院精神病患者意外事件及防范对策

目的 探讨住院精神病患者意外事件发生的原因,制定防范对策.方法 采用回顾性调查方法对2007年1月至2009年12月住院精神病患者中发生的意外事件进行归类、分析和总结.结果 26例意外事件中包括外逃、冲动伤人、骨折、吞食异物、自杀、自残、噎食、烫伤等.其发生与精神疾病症状未完全控制、护理观念安全意识不强、责任心不够等因素有关.结论 住院精神病患者及医务人员存在发生意外事件的高风险,精神病院的医护人员尤其是护理人员在防范意外事件的发生中起着非常重要的作用.应加强对护士的理论培训,提高护理技能水平,加强医德教育及工作责任心教育;制定完善的安全管理制度,并确保实施.

Accident and countermeasures of hospitalized psychiatric patients

Objective To explore the reasons for accidents of hospitalized psychiatric patients and to develop the countermeasures.Methods We used the retrospective survey method to classify the accident occurrence of hospitalized psychiatric patients in January 2007 to December 2009,then analyzed and summarized the result.Results 26 cases of accidents were analyzed,including flight,impulse wounding,fractures,foreign body ingestion,suicide,self-mutilation,choking food,burns and so on.The occurrence had close relationsh...
