芒果苷协同红霉素对痤疮致病菌抑菌作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察芒果苷的抑菌作用方式,为深入开发药用植物资源提供实验依据.方法 采用液体试管法培养金黄色葡萄球菌及痤疮丙酸杆菌,按试管稀释法调整细菌浓度;设置芒果苷组、芒果苷加红霉素组、红霉素组.观察各药物组对金黄色葡萄球菌及痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌作用.结果 芒果苷单独对金黄色葡萄球菌及痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌作用不明显;但其与红霉素有强烈的协同抑菌作用,100 μmol/L的芒果苷能把红霉素作用于痤疮丙酸杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)从117.43 μg/mL下降至0.117 μg/mL,有效降低红霉素的MIC浓度.结论 芒果苷与红霉素具有协同抑菌作用,两者联合使用可降低红霉素的MIC.

Abstract:Objective To observe the hacteriostatic effect of mangeriferin and to provide the experimental evidence for further exploiting medical herbs. Methods The sensitive tests of propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus to mangiferin and erythromycin were detected by series tube dilution. Results Both propionibaeterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus were not sensitive to mangiferin, while combined with erythromycin, mangiferin can change the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of erythromycin; 100 μmol/L of Mangiferin can reduce the MIC of the erythromycin from 117.43 μg/mL to 0. 117μg/mL. Conclusion Mangiferin and erythrornycin have synergic bactriostatic effect, their combination use can reduce MIC of erythromycin.
