超声多普勒测定脐动脉血流频谱对产科的意义

对７００例正常孕妇的胎儿脐动脉血流指标（Ｓ／Ｄ，ＰＩ，ＲＩ）的变化及其与胎儿宫内发育迟缓（ＩＵＧＲ）的相关性进行了分析，结果表明，低体重儿组各孕周Ｓ／Ｄ均大于正常体重组，Ｓ／Ｄ增高时，发生ＩＵＧＲ的相对危险随之增高，Ｓ／Ｄ，ＰＩＲＩ异常时，低较低值组进行方差分析，具有显著性差异（Ｐ＝０．００００）。Ｓ／Ｄ，ＲＩ与新生儿体重呈负相关，以Ｓ／Ｄ影响较大，其它因素依次为Ｂ－超胎盘分级，ＰＩＲＩ。

Significance to obstetrics of using Doppler Ultrasound to determine umbilical artery blood flow spectrum

We analyzed seven hundred cases of normal gravida on the fetus umbilical artery blood flow indexes and intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR). The results showed that all of mean S/D per pregnant week in the low weight fetus group were greater than those in normal weight group. When S/D was increased, the danger of suffering IUGR was increased too. The analysis of variance indicated that there was a no-table difference (P = 0. 0000) when S/D,PI and RI were ab-normal and a negative correlation between the indexes and the weight of the newborn, Among them,the S/D exert greatest affection on it, and followed by B-ultrasonic placenta classif i-cation, PI and RI. These findings suggested that we could im-prove the accuracy of the diagnosis much more if a comprehen-sive analysis would be made using its developed indexes with B-ultrasonic placenta classification.
