两种途径行冠状动脉造影术的对比分析

目的评价经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影的优缺点。方法将我院2004年7月到2006年8月住院期间冠状动脉造影患者436例,按股动脉途径和桡动脉途径分为两组,比较其穿刺时间、穿刺成功率、x线照射时间、制动时间、穿刺部位并发症。结果股动脉血管穿刺成功率高于桡动脉组,穿刺时间小于桡动脉组,股动脉组术后并发症高于桡动脉组。结论经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影安全可行,并发症少,适合于择期造影者及老年人。经股动脉途径行冠状动脉造影,穿刺时间短,成功率高,适用于急诊患者。

Contrast analysis on 2 ways of coronary arteriography

Objective To appraise the advantages and defects of coronary arteriography route between the femoral artery and the radial artery. Method According to the site of puncture the patients were divided into two groups: femoral artery group and radial artery group. After coronary arteriography the time, the success rate of puncture and complication of site,etc. were compared with the two groups. Result In the femoral artery group the success rate was higher and the time of puncture was shorter , but the complicatcon was higher than radial artery group. Conclusion The site of puncture throngh radial artery should be adopted to the elderly man or the case who would choose to punctare, but femosal artery is suitable for the emergency.
