| 摘 要： | 目的研究双微导管技术的可行性及临床疗效。方法10例颈／体比小于1／2的颅内动脉瘤病例，H—H分级3级以下7例，4级以上3例。采用双微导管技术行血管内栓塞治疗。结果10枚动脉瘤采用双微导管技术均获得成功，动脉瘤内微弹簧圈填塞率26％～42％，复查造影见动脉瘤完全闭塞6例，闭塞90％以上3例，1例见瘤颈有残留。双微导管技术具有操作简便、并发症少、手术适应证广的优势。结论双微导管技术可以成功地栓塞颈／体比小于1／2宽颈动脉瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of double catheter technique in endovascular therapy of cerebral aneurysm. Methods 10 intracranial aneurysm cases which neck/body ratio were less than 1/2 were included in the group. All of the patients were performed endovascular therapy that the double catheter technique used. Results All the cases got technique success. The ram rate was 26%～42%. 6 aneurysms were obturated totally,3 aneurysms were occluded more than 90%. The another aneurysm neck was remnant. The double catheter technique shows its advantages： easy manipulation,less complication, enlarged indication. Conclusion The double catheter technique can succeed in wide neck aneurysms. |
