| 摘 要： | 踝关节骨折并下胫腓分离，若只注意骨折忽视下胫腓分离，则可造成严重的踝关节间隙增宽，走路不稳，日久至创伤性关节炎。胫腓下关节分离在踝关节损伤中较为常见。自1999年至2006年，我们运用闭合整复单针治疗踝关节骨折并下胫腓分离40例，取得了较好疗效。观察认为该法操作简单，能很好地固定下胫腓关节。患者能早期活动及行走，减少了创伤性关节炎的发生，值得推广应用。为总结经验，现报告讨论如下。
