经腹股沟内环处皮纹小切口治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝597例

目的 总结经腹股沟内环处皮纹小切口在治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝中的经验。方法 采用经腹股沟内环处皮纹小切口入路，手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝５９７例，切口长度为１～２ｃｍ。结果 所有患儿在１５～３０分钟内完成手术，术中出血量极少，术野、层次极为清晰，术后未见复发或并发症，切口疤痕细小。结论 该术式具有操作简单、手术时间短、微创、切口美观。疗效佳等优点。可在广大基层医院推广使用。

Microincision for indirect ingninal hernia in children

Objectives To review the experience of microincision for indirect ingninal hernia in children. Methods Pass the projection of deep ingninal ring on body surface, along the Langer line,597 cases of clildren were operated. The length of professional jargon ranged from lcm to 2cm. Results All the cases were completed within 15 minute to 30 minute. The operative field is clear and less bleeding. None recurrent or any complication. The scar of professional jargon is difficult to find it after operation. Conclusions It is a ideal operation for its briefness、microtrauma、cosmetic and good effect.
