| 摘 要： | 目的观察乌司他丁(UTI)对急性胰腺炎的治疗疗效.方法采取随机对照的研究方法,收集该院74例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为UTI治疗组及对照组,分别监测急性胰腺炎患者临床症状、体征、实验室指标等,以评价其疗效.结果使用UTI治疗急性胰腺炎,与对照组相比,腹部症状、体征缓解时间明显缩短,痊愈率达76.9%,对照组为51.4%,两组对比有明显差异(P＜0.05).结论UTI可明显缓解胰腺炎的临床症状、抑制胰酶、减轻炎性介质对胰腺功能的损害.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of UTI in treating acute pancreatitis(AP),and investigate it's functionary mechanism.Methods:74 AP cascs wereapplied respectively to two randomized grou ps,the UTI controlcd group and observedgroup;judgement the efficacy for sympto m,sign and etc.Results: The UTI controled groupcured rate is 76 .9%,and it's 51.4% of observed group,the two groups were significantricer'eased ( P <0.05)Conclusions: UTI can improve the clinical symptoms ,restrainPancreatin significantly and relieve the damage of function of Pancreas . |
