| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舒适护理能否减少自发性蛛网膜下腔出血介入治疗围手术期生理不适及术后并发症.方法 75例患者分为实验组(n=39)和对照组(n=36),对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理,用我院设计的问卷对术后患者进行调查.结果 实验组生理不适及并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 舒适护理能有效提高自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者血管内介入治疗围手术期生理和心理舒适度.
