| 摘 要： | 背景 ]自 2 0 0 1年 8月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月间 ,采用纤维喉镜活检钳取异物 33例 .病例报告 ]33例均为门诊病例 ,病人取座位 ,常规用 10 g/L地卡因行喉部粘膜表面麻醉 ,麻醉生效后将纤维喉镜经鼻腔导入咽喉部 ,发现异物后 ,插入活检钳 ,调整钳头方向 ,夹紧异物 ,与纤维喉镜一并取出 .讨论 ]采用纤维喉镜活检钳取异物的方法简便、成功率高

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND?33 cases of foreign body of inferior pharynx were taken by fiberoptic laryngescope from August 2001 to May 2002.?CASE REPORT?All the 33 cases are outpatients. The patients were taken to seat, the mucous surfaces of pharynx were anesthetized with 10?g/L dicaine and the fiberoptic laryngescope was inserted in throat through nasal cavity. After finding the foreign body , the biopsy forceps was inserted, the direction of forceps head was adjusted and the foreign body was taken out along with fiberoptic laryngescope at the same tine.?DISCUSSION??The method of taking out foreign body with fiberoptic laryngescope is simple, convenient and has high rate of success. |
