提高肾内科护士静脉穿刺成功率的管理措施

目的 探讨提高肾内科护士静脉穿刺水平的有效措施.方法 采取统计每日静脉穿刺成功率、专题讲座、选派输液能手对本科护士进行一对一的技术跟踪指导、每月召开静脉穿刺经验交流会等管理措施,比较实施前及实施3个月后,护士静脉穿刺成功率、病人满意度有无差异.结果 实施管理措施3个月后护士静脉穿刺水平由实施前的89%上升至96%,病人满意度由实施前的90%上升至96%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 有效的管理措施能显著提高护士的静脉穿刺水平,提高病人满意度.

Management of increasing successful rate of vein puncture in nephrology department

Objective To explore effective management of improving nurses'abilities of vein puncture in nephrology department. Methods The following measures were carried out: calculating daily successful rate of vein puncture, giving relevant lectures, person - to - person following - up instructions by nurses skilled in intravenous infusion, monthly experience communicating meetings on vein punctures, etc. The successful rate of vein puncture and patients'satlsfactory rate before and 3 months after intervention were compared. Results The succnssful rate of vein puncture was raised to 96% 3 month after intervention, compared with that of 89% before intervention, while patients'satisfactory rate was raised from 90% to 96%, there was significantly different between the two groups (P<0.01) . Conclusions Effective management can significantly improve nurses'ability level of vein puncture and elevate patients" satisfactory rate.
