| 摘 要： | 目的 观察多西紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副反应.方法 将130例老年晚期胃癌患者按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,观察组采用多西紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶治疗,对照组采用氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗,观察两组临床疗效.结果 观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组;观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少及胃肠道反应的发生率明显低于对照组;两组经过治疗后生活质量评分均明显提高,但是观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 多西紫杉醇联合联合氟尿嘧啶方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效较好,值得临床进一步研究应用.
