| 摘 要： | “职业高原”是指在个人职业生涯中的某个阶段,个体获得进一步晋升的可能性很小。“职业高原”对医院和护理个人来说均是不可避免的。本文通过对“职业高原”的概述、产生原因、负面影响及应对策略等方面的阐述,分析护理人员在行业中的“职业高原”现象,提出具体应对措施,以帮助其认识、克服并平稳度过“职业高原”期。

| Abstract: | "Professional Plateau" means that in some stage of ones professional career, the possibility of individual promotion is small. To both hospital and paramedic, "Professional plateau" is inevitable. The paper elaborated the general introduction, the cause, the side effects and countermeasures of "Professional Plateau" , analyzed the "Professional plateau" phenomenon in paramedic, and put forward detail measures to help them to understand and overcome "Professional Plateau" smoothly. |
