TC和TG均正常的人群高/低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平分析

目的了解总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)均处于合适范围的人群高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,提高对HDL-C和LDL-C检测的重视,从而较全面地筛选出血脂异常。方法根据2007年《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》标准,从学校4 021名健康体检人群中筛选出1 587例TC和TG均处于正常水平的人群,进行HDL-C和LDL-C的统计分析。结果正常TC和TG人群中,HDL-C降低占6.24%,LDL-C边缘升高检出率为12.35%,LDL-C升高检出率为1.64%。其中男性分别为8.82%、16.00%、2.77%;女性分别为2.12%、6.54%、0.65%,男性均高于女性(p<0.01),女性在50岁以后HDL-C和LDL-C异常的检出率明显上升。结论TC、TG两项指标均处于合适范围的人群仍可能存在HDL-C的降低和LDL-C的边缘升高或升高。临床医师和实验室人员应高度重视HDL-C和LDL-C的检测。

Analysis of HDL-C Level and LDL-C Level of People with Normal TC and TG

Objective To know more about the metabolism of HDL-C and LDL-C in the bodies of those people who have normal TC and TG level,to indicate the importance of detection of HDL-C and HDL-C,and consequently to filter out the symptom of abnormal blood-fat.Method According to the item of standard Guide for the Prevention and Cure of Abnormal Blood-fat of Adult Chinese(2007),1 587 cases with normal TC and TG were selected from 4 021 persons who took part in the activity of healthy inspection.Statistical analysis was done on the selected cases.Results Among the cases with normal TC and TG,6.24% have HDL-C below normal level,12.35% have LDL-C slightly exceeding normal level,1.64% have LDL-C remarkably exceeding normal level,where the three rates for male are 8.82%,16.00% and 2.26% respectively,for female 2.12%,6.54% and 0.65% respectively.male's is higher than female's(p<0.01).The rate of abnormal HDL-C and LDL-C increases obviously when age exceeds 50.Conclusion Normal TC and TG might not indicate suitable fat-metabolism.Both doctors and laboratorians should pay high attention to the detection of HDL-C and LDL-C.
