磁共振T2 mapping技术在软骨损伤临床中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨磁共振T2弛豫时间图(T2 mapping)技术在软骨损伤临床中的应用价值。方法:经关节镜证实存在关节软骨损伤的患者共29例30膝患者均采用西门子1.5T MR超导型扫描仪扫描膝关节股骨内侧髁、外侧髁软骨,胫骨内侧髁、外侧髁软骨及髌骨面软骨,将MRI扫描所得图像传输到后处理工作站,应用该公司提供的FUNCTOOL 4.3的T2 map软件自动重建成膝关节软骨T2值的空间分布图,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:胫骨内外侧面与股骨内外侧面软骨浅层的T2值均高于深层的T2值,两者之间差异均有显著性(P〈0.05);而髌骨面软骨浅层与深层的T2值差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:磁共振T2 mapping技术通过量化分析关节软骨内组织成分的变化,对软骨损伤的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To eval uate the magnetic resonance T2 relaxation tim e map (T2 mapping) technology in the clinical application of cartilage damage.Method s :Arthroscopic confirmed the presence of articular cartilage damage in patients with a total of 29 cases of 30 patients w ith knee superconducting Siemens 1.5T M R scanner femoral condyle,lateral condy le cartilage,medial tibial condyle,lat eral condyle cartilage and patellar cart ilage,the MRI scan obtained after image transfer to a processing workstation,t he application provided by the company's T2 map FUNCTOOL 4.3 software automatica lly rebuild articular cartilage into the spatial distribution of T2 values,and the data were analyzed statistically.Re sults:The internal and external side of the tibia and femur cartilage of the su perficial external side of the T2 value were higher than those of the deep side, the difference between the two was signif icant(P〈0.05).The patellar cartilage T2 values of shallow and deep had no significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion: MRI T2 mapping technology through the q uantitative analysis of the composition of articular cartilage changes in the di agnosis of cartilage injury has a high clinical value.
