大鼠口服松果菊苷粪便中代谢物的HPLC-MS^n分析

摘    要:目的:研究松果菊苷在大鼠粪便中的代谢物。方法:大鼠灌胃松果菊苷(100mg·kg^-1)后收集粪样,运用高效液相色谱和质谱联用技术检测松果菊苷的代谢产物。结果:在给药后大鼠的粪便中,发现并初步鉴定了4个主要代谢产物。结论:大鼠灌胃给予松果菊苷后,其粪便中的主要代谢产物为毛蕊花糖苷、去咖啡酰基毛蕊花糖苷、黄大花洋地黄苷及3,4-二羟基苯乙醇。

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the metabolites of echinacoside in rat feces. METHODS: The feces were collected after oral administration of 100 mg·kg^-1 echinacoside to rats. The samples were detected by LC-MS^n. RESULT: The major metabolites were found in rat feces and their chemical structures were identified primarily. CONCLUSION: The metabolites found in feces are acteoside, decaffeoylacteoside, lugrandoside, 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylethanol.
