摘    要:三厂家生产的二氧化氯产品 ,同样加 2 0 %柠檬酸激活 30min ,溶液 pH值分别为 3 85、 2 39与2 52 ,二氧化氯含量分别为 186 53mg/L、 2 544 0mg/L与 144 50mg/L。pH 3 85的溶液需以 4 0 0mg/L二氧化氯对大肠杆菌作用 2 0min ,以 150 0mg/L二氧化氯对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 4 0min ,杀灭率才达10 0 % ;pH 2 52与 pH 2 39的溶液均以 10 0mg/L二氧化氯对大肠杆菌作用 10min ,分别以 50 0mg/L与750mg/L二氧化氯对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 10min ,杀灭率即可达 10 0 %。

Abstract:Chlorine dioxide products produced by three factories were activated for 30 min by addition of 20% citric acid The pH values of their solutions were 3 85, 2 39 and 2 52 respectively and their chlorine dioxide contents were 18 653 mg/L, 25 440 mg/L and 14 450 mg/L respectively When solution of pH 3 85 was used, 400 mg/L chlorine dioxide with a 20 min contact time was required for killing 100% of Escherichia coli and 1500 mg/L chlorine dioxide with a 40 min contact time was required for killing 100% of Bacillus subtilis var niger spores Solutions of pH 2 52 and pH 2 39 containing 100 mg/L chlorine dioxide with a 10 min contact time could kill 100% of Escherichia coli and the same solutions containing 500 mg/L and 750 mg/L chlorine dioxide respectively with a 10 min contact time could kill 100% of Bacillus subtilis var niger spores
