中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的疗效观察

目的:观察中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的疗效。方法:选择我院2011年3月-2012年3月92例确诊的幽门螺杆菌阳性的慢性胃炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组46例患者采用中医分阶段治疗,对照组46例患者采用西医治疗,所有患者均治疗3个月,观察两组HP转阴率及疗效。结果:观察组痊愈8例,显效24例,有效12例,总有效率为95.65%;对照组痊愈5例,显效11例,有效17例,总有效率71.74%;两组比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P<0.05。观察组HP转阴31例,占67.39%,对照组HP转阴65.22%,两组比较差异无显著性,无统计学意义P>0.05,结果证明中药在根除HP方面具有与抗菌药物相同的作用。结论:中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性疗效显著,标本兼治,可在临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Different-stage Chinese Traditional Medicine Treatment on H.pylori Positive Patients with Chronic Gastritis

Objective:to observe the efficacy of different-stage Chinese traditional medicine treatment on H.pylori positive patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:from Mar.2011 to Mar.2012,92 confirmed H.pylori positive patients with chronic gastritis were randomized into the observation group(n =46),which received different-stage Chinese traditional medicine treatment,and the control group(n=46),which received western medicine treatment.After 3 months of treatment,HP negative conversion rate and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:of the observation group,8 were cured,24 were significantly improved and 12 were moderately improved,with a total effective rate of 95.65%;of the control group,5 were cured,11 were significantly improved and 17 were moderately improved,with a total effective rate of 71.74%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate was 67.39% in the observation group(31/46)and 65.22% in the control group(30/46);there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The results suggested that traditional Chinese medicine and antimicrobials are equally effective in the treatment of HP.Conclusion:different-stage traditional Chinese medicine is significantly effective in the treatment of H.pylori Positive Patients with Chronic Gastritis,being worthy of further promotion.
