老年2型糖尿病运动治疗中运动强度的选择

摘    要:目的评价老年2型糖尿病运动治疗中运动强度的选择。方法30例老年糖尿病患者在前期治疗不变的情况下,以总摄入热量即日常活动消耗热量+1130.44kJ的运动量,分别以50,70,100m/min的运动强度,4次/d的步行运动方式进行运动测试,根据测试结果选择个体化治疗方案,治疗前后血糖等指标变化进行自身对照。结果30例老年2型糖尿病患者均能耐受50m/min的运动强度,能耐受70m/min,100m/min的运动强度,分别有28例和13例。3种运动强度的运动均有降血糖效果,28例患者以70m/min,2例患者以50m/min的强度运动两周后各时点血糖均有明显下降,未出现运动治疗的并发症。结论选择合适的运动强度能保证老年2型糖尿病患者运动疗法安全有效。

Abstract:Aim To evaluate the intensity of movement therapy in elderly type 2 dia betes patients. Methods 30 elderly type 2 diabetes men, aged 68-83 with an aver age age of 75.8 and with a course of 13-30 years were asked to walk at 50 m/min , 70 m/min and 100 m/min respectively four times every day with the total exerci se caloric of +1130.44 kJ in routine. According to the exercise results, each p atient was treated with individualized treatment and compared with self blood su gar index before treatment.Results All the 30 patients endured exercise of 50 m/ min walk speed, 28 patients endured 70 m/min walk speed, and only 2 patients end ured 100 m/min walk speed.The blood sugar of two patients at 50 m/min walk speed was significantly decreased at the different time points 2 weeks after exercise , without the complication occurring during the exercise. Conclusion The appropr iate intensity of exercise assures the efficacy and safety of movement therapy i n elderly type 2 diabetes patients.
