| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜脾切除术（laparoscopic splenectomy，LS）的手术技巧。方法对25例行Ls患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果25例患者手术均获得成功，1例中转开腹，其余24例行完全LS。手术时间为80～210min，平均160min；术中出血量为50～1300mL，平均160mL；术后住院3～9d，平均6d。术后并发症脾热2例。结论掌握好IS的手术指征，拥有熟练的操作技巧，LS是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the surgical skills of laparoscopic splenectomy （LS）. Methods The clinical data of 25 cases undergoing LS were retrospectively analyzed. Results All operations were successful and one case conversed to open surgery, and the other 24 cases under w..ent complete IS. The operating time was 80-210rain （mean： 160rain） and the intraoperative blood loss was 50-1300mL （mean： ~ 160mL）. The postoperative hospital stay was 3-9 days（6days）. Postoperative complication occurred in 2 cases with splenic fever. Conclusion It is safe and feasible for LS if yu grasping the surgical indications and have the availability of skilled techniques. |
