摘    要:目的 探讨祛淤生新法的代表方剂生化止血饮对药物流产后大鼠子宫蜕膜超微结构的影响.方法 40只受孕大鼠随机分为正常孕鼠组、模型组、益母草组、生化止血饮组,电镜下观察药物流产后大鼠子宫蜕膜超微结构.结果 正常孕鼠组均可见体积较大的蜕膜细胞;模型组均可见蜕膜细胞体积减小,细胞核曲度增加;益母草组部分蜕膜细胞开始凋亡,核皱缩;生化止血饮组蜕膜细胞已经凋亡被吞噬,未见蜕膜细胞.结论 生化止血饮可明显促进药流后大鼠子宫蜕膜细胞调亡脱落并加速子宫内膜修复.
