摘    要:目的 利用病理图像分析技术观察不同离体时间对胸水脱落细胞形态的影响。方法 应用图像分析仪对 15例未经固定 (I组 )和经 40 %甲醛固定 (II组 )的胸水在离体不同时间点的细胞面积进行测量。结果 Ⅰ组在 10min、15min、3 0min、60min内测量参数无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,3h后细胞形态明显改变 ;Ⅱ组 12h内细胞面积差异微小 ,2 4h后改变显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组间 15min、3 0min细胞面积有微小改变。结论 病理图像分析技术可用于细胞学定量分析 ,胸水送检宜尽早 ,以离体后 3 0min内涂片最佳 ,甲醛固定后离体 2 4h内仍可涂片镜检

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of isolated hydrothorax examined at different time on exfoliative cytology with pathologic image pattern analysis Methods The surface area of cells of 15 samples without fixation(I group) and those fixed with 40% formaldehyde(II groups) were detected by image pattern analyzer at different time of isolation.Results After fixation for 10?min,15?min,30?min,60?min,the parameter detected in different groups was similar. However, the cytology was obviously changed after fixation for 3 hours, and few changes were observed in group II in less than 12 hours , and the changes were obvious after fixed preparation for more than 24 hours(P<0.05).There was a little change of surface area of cells after fixation for 15?min,30?min between in I group and II group.Conclusion The quantitative analysis of cytomorphology can be used by image pattern analysis, and the hydrothorax should be tested as early as possible. The smear examination isolated for 30min can be tested ,and the smear examination can be taken after fixation with 40% formaldehyde for 24 hours.
