| 摘 要： | 目的:分析体外受精胚胎移植治疗周期中胚胎发育的速度和质量与对囊胚形成的影响。方法:接受体外受精治疗的196例不孕症患者第3天胚胎移植后剩余无冻存价值的406个废弃胚胎,在患者签署知情同意书后进入本试验。将胚胎于第3天转移至囊胚培养液CCM中,每天观察胚胎发育的情况直至受精第5～7天,观察是否形成囊胚并且对形成的囊胚进行分级,分析不同细胞数、不同质量的胚胎对囊胚形成的影响以及废弃胚胎的形成对妊娠结局的预测价值。结果:406个废弃胚胎中共有102个(25.12%)形成囊胚,其中优质囊胚有28个(27.45%),全部由Ⅱ+级以上胚胎形成。196例患者中有囊胚形成的患者64例,其中有32例(50.00%)获临床妊娠,132例无囊胚形成的患者中有38例(28.79%)获得妊娠,妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.43,P<0.05)。结论:第3天胚胎细胞数、质量与囊胚形成率呈显著正相关关系,剩余胚胎囊胚的形成对妊娠具有间接的预测意义。 |
