急性损伤期与非急性损伤期病人褥疮的临床特点及护理

目的 :探讨急性损伤期与非急性损伤期病人褥疮发生的机理 ,为对不同损伤期病人采用不同的预防策略和护理计划提供理论依据。方法 :采用褥疮量表、改良的Braden量表进行调查 ,采用创伤指数、应激生化指标和临床指标对 33例急性损伤期和 18例非急性损伤期褥疮病人进行比较。结果 :急性损伤期褥疮病人的躯体应激、应对指标及褥疮局部发展情况与非急性损伤期褥疮病人差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,所需的环境、营养支持和护理差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :急性损伤期病人是处在消耗状态中 ,其预防褥疮的关键是早期给予心理支持和代谢调理。非急性损伤期病人是处在消耗性体质或神经营养障碍中 ,其预防的关键是做好基础护理和营养支持。

The clinical characteristic and nursing of patients with acute damaged and unacute damaged decubit

Objective :To discuss mechanism on decubite occur in the acute demaged and unacute damaged patients,then to provide theoratical basis for prevent strategies and nursing intervention. Methods :33 cases acute damaged and 18 cases unacute damaged patients decubit were compared analysis by Bedsore scale,Improvement 's Brader scale , injury index, stress index and clinical target. Result: Significant differences existed in bodystress,copy index,clinical index and the environment and nutrition nursing between decubit patients of acute damaged and unacute damaged. Conclusion: At early stage of consuming the acute damaged patients must be given support with mind and metabolism,at consumed or nerve untrition obstruct stage unacute damaged patients must be given support in base environment and nutrition.
