假单胞菌属细菌中整合子的分布及其可转移耐药性研究

摘    要:目的 研究临床分离假单胞菌属细菌中Ⅰ、Ⅱ类整合子分布及其可转移耐药情况。方法 将Ⅰ、Ⅱ类整合酶基因通用引物置于同一反应体系,对假单胞菌属细菌以多重PCR法检测其整合子的分布,并对整合酶基因阳性菌进行接合转移,最后对接合母移成功菌以平板稀释法测其临床株和接合子MIC值。结果 Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类整合酶基因在临床分离假单胞菌属细菌中检出率分别为38.1%和2.2%,含整合酶基因的接合子在转移成功接合子中所占比率为13.6%。结论 Ⅰ类整合子在假单胞菌感染的临床分离株中所占比例已相当高,但水平传播率还较低。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of class 1 and class 2 integrons in the clinical Pseudomonas strains and its transferable drug resistance.Methods Multi-PCR products were detected by adding the universal premiers of class 1 and class 2 integrase genes into an identical reaction system.The conjugation and MIC experiments were performed.Results The positive rates of the genes of class 1 and class 2 integrase were 38.1% and 2.2% respectively in clinical isolates.The positive ratio of integrase gene in the transconjugants with successful transfer was 13.6%.Conclusion The occurrence rate of class 1 integron was quite high in the clinical Pseudomonas isolates in our hospital,but its horizontal-level transmission was still low.
