实验性肝硬化门脉血流动力学变化与胰高糖素的关系

摘    要:用肝硬化大鼠动物模型,观察了肝硬化大鼠不同时期门脉血流动力学与胰高糖素的关系。肝硬化大鼠的血清胰高糖素显著增高,早期尤为明显;同时,门脉血流量和门脉压力也明显上升。提示在门脉高压症发病机制中,胰高糖素对门脉高压症的形成起了重要作用。

Abstract:Serum glucagon level and portal hemodynamic alteration in development of experimental liver cirrhosis was investigated. Serum glucagon increased significantly when cirrhosis is developing at the initial stage, portal blood flow volume and pressure increased concommitantly. Glucagon might play an important role in the pathogenesis of portal hypertension. "
