摘    要:本文以建立大、小鼠寄生虫学监测方法为目的,对石家庄地区200只小鼠和50只大鼠寄生虫的携带情况作了调查。结果发现三个单位动物室的大、小鼠均未达到一级普通动物要求。鼠蝇疥螨、隐匿管状线虫,微小膜壳缘虫、四翼无刺线虫、鼠三毛滴虫、鼠贾第虫是石家庄地区小鼠的主要寄生虫。鼠管状线虫是大鼠的主要寄生虫。剖检对肠道蠕虫的检出率最高;对大鼠鼠管状线虫的检查,剖检与透明胶纸肛边拭合用更好。

Abstract:In order to establish the parasitological detective methods, the parasi- tes of 200 mice & 50 rats were investigated in SJZ district. It was found that the rats and mice in three different laboratory animal units could not meet the normal first-class ordinary animals, and that the dominant parasites on mouse were Mycocptes musculinus, Syphacia obvelata, Hymenolepis nana, Aspiculuri tsetraptera, Tritrichomonas muris and Giardia muris, and the dominant parasite on rat was Syphacia muris. The highest detected rate of intestinal helminths was obtained by autopsy. To combine autopsy with cellophane scotch-tape technique was a better method for examination of Syphacia muris on rat.
