中西医结合治疗115例功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效。方法：将115例FD患者随机分为中药组、西药组、中西医结合组三组,分别给予中药复方、西药、中西医联合治疗,疗程4 w。观察各组临床疗效和治疗前后各组临床症状积分的变化。结果：中药组总有效率为89.74%,西药组为81.58%,中西医结合组为94.87%,三组总有效率比较,中西医结合组疗效高于另外两组。三组临床症状积分值比较,中西医结合组亦明显优于中药组和西药组。结论：中西医结合治疗FD疗效显著,为治疗FD的有效方法。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on 115 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on functional dyspepsia. Methods： 115 cases of functional dyspepsia were randomized into Chinese herb group,western medicine group and integrated medicine group,which were administrated compound Chinese herbal medicine,western medicine and integrated therapy successively. The course of treatment was 4 w. It was to observe clinical therapeutic effect in each group and the changes in clinical symptom integrals of each group before and after treatment. Results ： The total effective rate was 89. 74% in Chinese herb group,81.58% in western son of total effective rates among three groups, the medicine group and 94.87% in integrated medicine group. In comparioutcome in integrated medicine group was superior to that in other two groups. In comparison of clinical symptom integrals, the outcome in integrated medicine group was superior remarkably to that either Chinese herb group or western medicine group. Conclusion：Integrated Chinese and western medicine achieves significant therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia, which is an effective approach of treatment.
