| 摘 要： | 目的观察赤雹果乙醇提取物对原发性痛经的影响。方法采用缩宫素诱发小鼠原发性痛经模型和离体子宫平滑肌痉挛,以小鼠扭体潜伏期、扭体次数和离体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和频率为指标,评价赤雹果乙醇提取物对原发性痛经治疗作用。结果赤雹果乙醇提取物可显著延长缩宫素诱发小鼠扭体反应的潜伏期,减少扭体反应次数,与空白对照组比较差异有显著的意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);降低缩宫素引起离体子宫收缩的幅度,减少收缩频率,与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论赤雹果乙醇提取物对缩宫素诱发小鼠的原发性痛经有显著的治疗作用。
